We can provide a pre-paid package mobile bar service or a cash/card bar service. Or if you wish, you can put a spend behind the bar for your guests. Once this has been spent, we can move onto a cash/card bar for the remainder of your party/event.

All of our packages include the mobile bars, professional cocktail bar staff and our expert knowledge in helping personalise your very own cocktail menu to your tastes & theme. We even bring the ice!

We can supply a wide range of premium spirits, liqueurs & mixers, soft drinks, bubbles, wines & beer.

Our Bars & How We Work

We have a wide range of versatile mobile bars & back bar displays to suit any occasion.

From our LED light up bars, to our monster 18ft x 14ft oval rustic bar which can boast 14 cocktail bartenders when fully assembled serving up to 1000 guests, to a single 6ft bar unit for a more intimate approach.

Our mobile bars can be arranged in all different shapes & sizes to accommodate your space, number of guests & to your requirements.

We will ask you for some information about your event, then recommend how many bar units you may need. If you would like multiple bars across your venue, we will be more than happy to do this for you.

On the day our team will arrive in plenty of time to set up our professional mobile bars & be ready for when you wish your wedding reception to begin.

A single bar unit will require approximately a 2m x 2m area.

Our bars can be set up either inside or outside!

The Full Works Package

A wide range of unlimited drinks over a 4 hour service for your special occasion or event. If you would like less than a 4 hour service or more time, then let us know and we will be more than happy to do this for you.

All of our packages include the mobile bar, plenty of highly trained cocktail bartenders & glass collectors to ensure your event runs smoothly. We also supply the glassware for your cocktails & drinks & we even bring the ice.
We will supply you with a fully stocked mobile bar with the drinks package you have chosen.
Our package prices are very competitive for a high end service.

We can supply a cash/card bar service from the off if you wish, with our mobile bars fully stocked.
Tell us how many quests will be attending your party/event or special occasion, then we will work out a small minimum spend based on the amount of guests & time you require. If you do not meet your minimum spend, we will charge you up to the agreed minimum spend. There is no hidden charges for the bar hire, glassware & staff.

If there is a drink you would like which isn’t on our menu, please let us know so we can add this for you.

We use Izettle payment/contactless card readers, so all card payments are protected & safe.

Since we started our mobile bar venture we have turned heads in our industry & now work alongside some very talented events companies & venues.

If required we can supply a Temporary Events Notice from the local council.
